Workin’ on da Fitness

Today’s Workout:
45 minutes elliptical- Intervals
(The treadmills were all being used when I walked in, so no run tonight)
30 minutes weights- Shoulders, Triceps and Biceps
P90X- AbRipperX
Haven’t done this in forever and Boy was it killer!! Couldn’t get through all reps of each exercise like I used too 😦

Really proud of my workout tonight and how hard I pushed myself!!
