Tonight’s Workout:
45 minutes treadmill – slooow run. My legs were so sore from 2 days ago, so I took it easy. Looking back I should have pushed myself a more.

40 minutes weights – Legs, Legs, Legs. Calf raises, Lunges, Squats, Leg Press & Leg Lifts

Wishing my gym had a medicine ball and a jump rope. Maybe I’ll start off by buying a jumprope and taking it with me.
